The Presidential State House Ministerial Servicom Unit Thursday in Abuja established a Help Desk to help workers, guests and contractors on enquiries and data associated to funds, correspondence, medical providers and different public-service associated points.
The Help Desk might be manned by well-trained Staff who will successfully deal with enquires from members of the general public and workers members.
In the interim, the Help Desk will deal with enquiries from six service areas of the State House together with Payments, File Tracking/Correspondence, Medical Services, ICT associated providers, Maintenance and Stores.
Speaking on the launch of the Help Desk and the revised SERVICOM Charter of the State House, Mr Jalal Arabi, the Permanent Secretary, State House, mentioned the Desk will speed up the implementation of the Executive Order 001 – Ease of Doing Business and enhancing service supply within the State House.
