The Head, Upstream of the DPR, Mr Ogbe Nicholas, made the comment on Wednesday when members of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Delta Council was monitoring the scenario in Warri.
Nicholas mentioned the entrepreneurs indulged within the behavior of hoarding the Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) thereby creating synthetic shortage.
