    More than three,000 colourfully embellished horses and camels from Northern royalty have been used at this time for the grand durbar to mark the Kaduna centenary celebration.

    The conventional rulers of Borno, Kano, Gombe, Bida, Zazzau, Bauchi, Hadeja and Keffi have been amongst others that led a workforce of riders of between  250 and 500 nicely embellished horses,  to show their totally different cultures.
