    The Army Headquarters Garrison has urged residents of the FCT and its environs to not panic over troops’ motion on Friday as its troops embark on a 15km Route March inside the territory.

    Maj. Salisu Mustapha, the Acting Deputy Director, Public Relations of the Garrison, in assertion on Thursday stated the train was a “Physical Proficiency Test’’ that may happen between 6 a.m. and eight a.m.

    “The train which is necessary for all personnel of the Nigerian Army serving in FCT is aimed toward testing the bodily health and endurance of troops,’’ Mustapha stated.

    According to him, the route for the train is Mogadishu Cantonment parade floor by Aguiyi Ironsi Cantonment, Niger barracks, Mambilla barracks and again to the cantonment.

    He, subsequently, urged the general public to proceed with their regular reliable actions throughout the train.
