No rallies, procession in Kaduna–Police

    The Police Command in Kaduna State says the ban on all types procession and a rally within the state remains to be in pressure.

    The Public Relations Officer of the command, ASP Muktar Aliyu, stated this in an announcement made out there to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Kaduna on Tuesday.

    Aliyu warned that any deliberate act to violate the ban and trigger breakdown of regulation and order  can be met with full weight of  the regulation.

    “The Command needs to remind most of the people that the ban on all types of rallies, procession remains to be in pressure.

    “Persons with intent to disrupt the peace of the state are warned to desist from the act.

    “As the command in  collaboration with relevant security agencies is adequately prepared to deal with such attempts in accordance with the law,” he stated

    The Spokesman stated regulation abiding residents are free to go about their lawful enterprise with out concern or hindrance as ample safety measures had been  put in place to ensure their safety and security.

    Aliyu appealed to the general public to supply helpful data, be safety aware and report any suspicious actions to the closest safety company.
